All Fours Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 13, 2026

1. Introduction

All Fours is a mobile card game for iOS and Android published by Strata Labs Ltd, a company registered in Trinidad and Tobago ("Strata Labs," "we," "our," or "us"). This policy explains what the game collects, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. It covers the All Fours app and its game servers only; our company website is covered by the Strata Labs privacy policy.

We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone, and the game has no chat between players.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Your game account

  • A device identifier. The first time you open the game it creates a random identifier on your device and uses it to sign you in, so you can play without making an account. On iOS it is kept in the device Keychain, so reinstalling the game returns you to the same account; on Android it is derived from a one-way hash of the Android device ID, which never leaves your device. This identifier is not used for advertising.
  • Game Center (iOS, optional). If you are signed in to Game Center, the game sends our server your Game Center player identifier together with a signature from Apple, which our server checks with Apple to confirm the account. We do not receive your Game Center nickname or email.
  • Your username. We generate a random username (for example "LuckyHummingbird"), which you can change. Other players see it at the table, in friend lists and in invitations.

2.2 Gameplay data

  • Level, experience points, wins, games played and streaks
  • The result of your most recent match, and your position on the wins leaderboard
  • Your Doubloons balance and a ledger of how it changed (daily rewards, wagers, winnings and cosmetic purchases)
  • Cosmetics you own and have equipped
  • Your friends list, party invitations, and whether you are online (visible to your friends)
  • Rewarded-ad records: how many ads you watched each day and an identifier for each reward, so a reward is granted only once

Other players can see your public profile: username, level, equipped cosmetics and number of wins.

2.3 Crash and error reports

When the game crashes, hangs or hits an error, it sends a report to Sentry, our crash-reporting provider. A report contains technical details such as the device model, operating system version, app version and what the game was doing. Reports are tied to a random identifier created for that installation, not to your game account, and are used only to find and fix bugs.

2.4 Settings on your device

Your settings (sound, animation, haptics, preferred rules and card style) and a cached copy of your profile are stored on your device only.

3. Advertising

The game shows optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob: you choose to watch an ad, and in return it pays the entry fee for a table. Ads are never shown without you asking for one.

  • What Google collects. The Google Mobile Ads SDK collects information from your device to serve and measure ads, such as your IP address, device and app information, and, if you allow it, your device's advertising identifier. Google's use of this data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
  • Your choices. On iOS, the game asks for permission before using your advertising identifier (Apple's App Tracking Transparency). In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the game asks for your consent through Google's consent form before showing personalised ads. If you decline, you still get ads, but they are not personalised. You can change these choices later in your device settings.
  • What we receive. When you finish an ad, Google tells our server which account earned the reward and gives a unique transaction identifier. We use this only to grant the reward once.

4. Doubloons and Purchases

Doubloons are an in-game currency. They are earned and spent only inside the game, cannot be bought with real money, cannot be cashed out, and have no monetary value. The game has no real-money purchases.

5. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and sign in to your account, and keep your progress and Doubloons
  • To run matches, matchmaking, friends, parties and leaderboards
  • To grant rewarded-ad rewards, and to prevent cheating, fraud and abuse
  • To find and fix crashes and bugs
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for our own marketing.

6. Who We Share It With

  • Google Cloud: hosts our game servers and database in the United States
  • Google AdMob: serves rewarded ads, as described in section 3
  • Apple: verifies your Game Center sign-in, if you use it
  • Sentry: receives crash and error reports, processed in the United States
  • Other players: see your username, public profile, online status (friends only) and match play
  • Legal requirements: when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of players or others

7. Data Retention

We keep your account and gameplay data for as long as your account exists. Server logs are rotated automatically and kept only briefly. Crash reports are kept for a limited period by Sentry and then deleted. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete it as described below.

8. Deleting Your Account

To delete your All Fours account and its data, email privacy@strataconsult.io with the subject "All Fours account deletion" and include your username, which is shown in the game. We may ask you to confirm the request from inside the game so that nobody else can delete your account.

We delete your account, progress, Doubloons, cosmetics, friends and match history within 30 days of confirming the request. Uninstalling the game does not delete your account. Copies in short-lived server logs and backups expire on their normal schedule.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, email privacy@strataconsult.io. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. Security

The game talks to our servers only over encrypted connections (HTTPS and secure WebSockets), and our database is not reachable from the internet. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

11. International Transfers

Our servers and service providers are located in the United States, so your information is processed there, which may be outside your country.

12. Children

All Fours is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has used the game, contact us and we will delete the account.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the game changes. We will change the "Last Updated" date above, and for significant changes we will let you know in the game.
